OYOFE
STUDIO
BCN.
The first African & Afro-descendant urban dance school in Barcelona. A space to express, share, and dive into the diversity of African dance.
Move with
purpose.
OYOFE Studio is more than a dance school — it's a cultural movement. We promote African heritage through movement, rhythm, and community.
Our mission: a space where lovers of African dance can express, share, and immerse in the full spectrum of styles the continent and its diaspora offer.
From Afro House to Coupé Décalé, Dancehall to Azonto — every class is a passport.

Frequent
questions.
Go to Schedule, pick a class and hit “Book”. Pay by card, or use your plan or voucher if you already have one.
See schedule →Monthly plan, drop-in (€15) or hour vouchers. Pay online by card, or with cash or SumUp at the front desk.
From 1h to 4h per week, plus VIP Evenings (all classes from 5PM) and VIP Full (unlimited access).
View plans →A membership is for the fixed classes you come to every week: "1h/week" means one regular class a week, always the same one (2h/week = two fixed classes, and so on), from September to June. A voucher is for picking and choosing the class you want each week: buy hours (5h, 10h, 15h or 20h) and spend them on any class on the schedule, with no fixed class and no monthly commitment. If you always come to the same class, a membership is cheaper; if you like to vary, a voucher.
See plans and vouchers →When you become a member you pay a €35 annual license fee (€25 if you join in the last trimester), once per season (Sep–Jun), together with your first payment. It comes with member perks: early-bird ticket price for the OYOFE Festival (you keep the early-bird price even after prices rise), 10% off OYOFE Studio merch, and priority for the studio’s monthly workshops.
View plans →Buy an hours pack (5h, 10h, 15h or 20h) and spend it on any class you like. Each voucher is valid 2 to 5 months depending on its size.
Buy a voucher →Formation and rotativa enrolments (monthly or full course) can only be cancelled by the studio — message us or stop by reception. There are no cash refunds: if you leave, whatever is left is converted into an hours voucher to use on any other class. The annual matrícula is not refunded.
Yes. There are gift cards for classes (1, 5 or 10) and one unlimited month (the first month of the VIP Full membership, then month by month if they want to carry on). Buy online and the person gets the e-mail with their code right away, or pick up a physical card at reception. Redeem in "My account" → "Have a gift code?"; valid 12 months.
See gift cards →Show your QR code at reception — it’s always in “My account”. Staff scans it and you’re in.
Yes, from “My account”, up to 4 hours before the class. If you have a membership, the hour comes back as credit to use on another class during the current month (the monthly quota does not roll over). With a drop-in or a voucher, the hour comes back as a 1h voucher valid for 30 days. If you cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice, the class is lost.
You can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, it’s assigned to you automatically.
With your email: we send you a magic link to sign in — no password to remember.
